CUISINE, THE HEART OF OUR RESTAURANT!

Our heart is managed by Chef Damian Bildź. He has been gaining his experience continuously for 17 years working in renowned European and Polish restaurants. In 2016, he received the title of the best chef of south-western Poland granted by the guide 100 Poland Best Restaurants, which made him one of the seven best chefs in the country. ``Together with the carefully chosen team, we want to spread modern Polish cuisine. We use regional products, we dry meat, we pickle various specifics, from cabbage to beetroots through pears or strawberries. We go to meadows and forests where we pick up herbs. In our return to the roots of taste, we rely on the latest culinary knowledge. In this way we create unique dishes, one of a kind!``
